1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product if:

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance unless they are defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@flamster.com with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective).

Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
  • Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during return transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Rejected Refunds: You will be notified with the reason.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@flamster.com with photos and details. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
